At Empower Massage, my purpose is to help people feel better, body and mind, through the art and science of massage therapy. I’m passionate about discovering the root of discomfort, whether it’s tension, pain, or hidden imbalances, and using skilled techniques to bring relief and renewal. Through deep tissue work, cupping, and Gua Sha, I aim to release fascia, restore circulation, and reset the nervous system, creating space for both physical healing and deep relaxation. My mission is to provide purposeful, results-driven care that helps each person feel lighter, freer, and more EMPOWERED in their own body.
